Resumen

Customs agencies are legal entities authorized by the Special Administrative Unit of the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) to carry out customs brokerage, an auxiliary activity of the customs public function of a commercial and service nature, aimed at ensuring that foreign trade users who use their services comply with existing legal regulations regarding import, export and customs transit and any customs operations or procedures inherent to such activities.
