Resumen
This project addresses the problem of back pain among workers at a podiatry center who spend many hours a day in the same position. The overall objective: is to design a back care training program for the center's employees. Specific objectives: include identifying factors related to the need for such a program, analyzing factors related to the workers' needs for this program, and proposing a back care training program for the center's employees.
