Resumen
The pre-feasibility study for the establishment of a vinyl paint manufacturing plant in Duitama, Boyacá, has revealed a promising and strategically favorable outlook for the implementation of this project in the city. Duitama shows a growing demand in the construction sector, which represents a significant opportunity for the local production of vinyl paint. The availability of raw materials in the country, together with the proximity to distribution centers in the capital of Boyacá and nearby cities, provides substantial ogistical and economic advantages. Furthermore, the financial analysis indicates the economic feasibility of the project, with positive projections in terms of return on investment. The establishment of this factory will not only contribute to local economic development but will also aim to meet regional market needs, thereby consolidating a solid and strategic business proposal for the vinyl paint sector in Duitama, Boyacá.
