Resumen
This project proposes the development of an automated software system to download, integrate, and consolidate traffic accident data repositories from Bogotá, sourced from the open data website of the District Mobility Secretariat (SDM). The objective is to provide a robust database to support research conducted within the UAN's research project, "Implementation of an intelligent transportation system (ITS) for the prediction of traffic accident risk in Bogotá D.C., Colombia." This will also contribute to the planning and implementation of traffic accident and risk control measures, as well as to future research in developing strategies to reduce traffic accidents in the city.
