Resumen
The Poblado Campestre sector is located in the municipality of Candelaria, Valle del Cauca. Developed since 1996, this neighborhood emerged as a result of urban expansion and the increase in population density in the area. According to the Basic Land Use Plan (PBOT), the sector shows accelerated urban growth, although it presents deficiencies in public space planning. Currently, it faces a shortage of green areas, recreational spaces, and pedestrian and cycling connectivity, factors that negatively affect the quality of life of its inhabitants.
