Resumen
This monograph aims to formulate a proposal of methodological guidelines for the evaluation of the use and appropriation of urban parks, based on the case of the Centro Cultural del Oriente sector in Bucaramanga, Colombia. The purpose of this work arises from the need for tools that not only help to understand the social dynamics generated in intervened public spaces but also the physical, normative, and cultural changes that influence their evolution, so that urban planning processes respond to principles of inclusion and citizen participation.
