Resumen
This research consisted of a systematic literature review aimed at synthesizing the accumulated knowledge from the last decade on shyness among university students. Empirical studies published between 2015 and 2025 were analyzed, following the PRISMA guidelines to ensure transparency in the identification, selection, and evaluation of the evidence. The process included searches in international scientific databases, predefined eligibility criteria, and standardized peer-review procedures.
