Resumen
In this research, a budget will be implemented as an incremental tool in the sales of branch No. 2 located at 4 Street #2ª-13 of the company Serviconstrucciones Pj Sas identified with tax ID 900.548.265-6, in order to increase sales by 15% with a 1-year projection. This commercial establishment has been in operation for approximately 2 years since it was opened. In the implementation of this budget will be determined failures in the part of the cost-benefit in order to provide the owner with all the right tools and options to better manage their establishment and direct their business, obtaining higher profits.
