Resumen
The phenomenon of absenteeism is emerging as one of the most prominent challenges in the business world, and its impact is especially noticeable in sectors like agriculture, where the presence and dedication of workers are essential for the efficient functioning of operations. In the specific case of an agricultural company located in El Dovio, Valle del Cauca, absenteeism not only represents a loss of valuable resources, but can also compromise productivity, product quality, and the long-term sustainability of the business.
