Resumen
This research project aims to make a bibliographic review of the life and work of maestro Lisandro Meza and aims to adapt four works performed by him for traditional wind band or pelayera format, to highlight his musical legacy and his contribution to the cultural identity of the department of Sucre. From the methodological point of view, the present study is framed in the qualitative or phenomenological paradigm, of a bibliographic type. Therefore, it is necessary to compile a compilation of Lisandro Meza's artistic career, and highlight his musical legacy to new generations of musicians, through the adaptation and assembly of 4 works of his interpretation such as: Las tapas. Mi Carrito, Guayabita Madura and El Hijo de Tuta.
