Resumen
According to Rodríguez & Migueláñez (2010), using free time for music leads to a decrease in risky behaviors such as substance abuse and delinquency. Furthermore, during adolescence, personal identity is formed, and the guitar becomes an instrument for self-development and self-discovery, strengthening self-esteem and emotional regulation. This study will provide real data to better understand this dynamic (Rodríguez & Migueláñez, 2010, p. 139).
