Resumen
The purpose of this project is to design a diagnostic matrix to determine the level of compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard in a salt production company responsible for the extraction, processing, and marketing of sea salt in the municipality of Manaure, La Guajira. The ISO 9001:2015 standard is designed to maintain the highest standards of compliance in both administrative and production processes, with the aim of providing higher levels of quality in the final product and also projecting greater levels of competitiveness in the market. This study seeks to maximize the product's benefits by addressing deficiencies and shortcomings within the production process, enabling the operators (salt producers) to achieve better conditions to meet their needs.
