The main purpose of this document is to design an international business plan aimed at the commercialization and export of the Lulo craft beer produced by Siete Olas S.A.S. in the city of Santa Marta, Colombia, to the German market. Based on a review of background information that highlights the growing demand for craft beverages and the opportunity presented by Lulo as a distinctive input, a mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating documentary review, an interview with the company`s manager, and on-site observation, which made it possible to obtain relevant information. Moreover, the analysis incorporated qualitative techniques (content analysis and contextual comparison) and quantitative techniques (projection matrices and spreadsheets for financial estimations). The study addresses product identification, packaging, traceability, regulatory requirements, and export logistics, as the characterization of the target consumer in Germany. The results indicate the conceptual feasibility of entering premium urban niches, contingent upon compliance with sanitary regulations, logistical adjustments, and a positioning strategy that highlights the product`s origin identity. In conclusion, the plan proposes technical, commercial, and regulatory actions to materialize the export over a five- year horizon.
