Resumen
The "liso" technique is an ancestral peasant practice carried out in the rural areas of the departments of Bolívar, Sucre, and Córdoba. Since these houses have vernacular architecture with earth floors, the inhabitants apply this technique after sweeping the house with barbasco brooms and gathering the sand. They then apply water and spread it in a circular motion to even out and smooth the earth floors, thus refreshing the houses and giving a feeling of cleanliness.
