Resumen
The present study entitled "Description of the relationship between Burnout syndrome and quality of life in a group of nursing assistants" aims to describe the relationship between Burnout syndrome and quality of life in this population. To this end, two instruments were used: the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to measure the level of Burnout and the WHOQOL-BREF of the World Health Organization to evaluate the quality of life in its different dimensions (physical, psychological well-being, relationships social and environmental).
