Diseño De Un Plan De Mejoramiento De Los Procesos Administrativos y Productivos En El Taller De Confecciones ACIMA Del Corregimiento De Juan Mina-Atlántico.

Resumen

This undergraduate project focuses on the design of an improvement plan for the administrative and productive processes of the ACIMA sewing workshop, located in the district of Juan Mina, Atlántico. The lack of formal planning, limited knowledge of production costs, and the absence of structured strategies have negatively impacted the operational efficiency of the workshop, resulting in idle times, material waste, and a strong dependence on external support. To address these challenges, the project adopts a framework based on industrial engineering tools such as process management, lean manufacturing, SWOT analysis, and Lean Six Sigma. Additionally, it incorporates strategies for sustainable production and environmental responsibility aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aiming to optimize resource use and improve the workshop’s competitiveness. The research follows an applied and quantitative approach, using diagnostics, interviews, and key performance indicators to develop an efficient and feasible improvement plan. This plan is expected to help ACIMA increase productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen its position in the industrial garment sector.
