Resumen
The following research project focuses on analyzing the occupational hazards faced by welders at HP Engineering Business Solutions. Health problems such as muscle pain and respiratory issues were identified, associated with a lack of safety measures. The objective was to diagnose the causes and consequences of these problems, classify the somatic, psychological, and physiological risks, and thus develop a training plan to protect the health and safety of the workers. Through a rigorous methodological approach, the risks were identified and a training plan was designed to prevent occupational illnesses. Ultimately, this study highlights the importance of proper training and the correct use of safety measures to minimize or prevent occupational risks and protect the health and safety of workers.
