Resumen
The work practice that was carried out in the Mayor's Office of Tocancipá, under the agreement of Estado Joven contributed to the development of this degree project, considering that the activities carried out in this government entity were directed to geographic information systems SIG. During the practice time several activities were carried out, among them the elaboration of the main ecological structure, the database of routes and the elaboration of valuation scenarios, in which the tool and the national normativity were continuously learned. At the end of the 5 months of practice, the products were delivered, which have been the basis for current processes carried out by the planning secretary.
