Resumen

Open Body emerges as a research-creation project situated at the fusion of clinical nursing practice and the creative dynamics within the plastic and visual arts. This union establishes a direct relationship with human vulnerability, emphasizing the importance of understanding physical wounds as an inherent condition of human nature. In this sense, the analysis focuses on the injury in its real and present state, revealing a bleeding opening that manifests itself in all its rawness in order to show a perspective linked to the physiological reality of the human body, far removed from the restorative purpose of scarring.
