Resumen
First-time motherhood is a complex experience marked by emotional, psychological, relational, and social changes that influence the construction of maternal identity and adaptation to the new role. This study aimed to analyze the current state of empirical evidence regarding the subjective experiences of first-time mothers during the transition to motherhood over the past decade. To this end, a systematic review with a qualitative and interpretive approach was conducted, guided by the PRISMA 2020 guidelines.
