Resumen
The purpose of this research was to analyze protective factors for mental health in health sciences students through a systematic literature review. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope, the methodology outlined in the 2020 PRISMA statement was followed to select and analyze scientific articles in various academic databases. The search aimed to identify variables that mitigate the effects of academic stress and the clinical demands inherent in health science disciplines.
