Resumen
Budgetary management procedures have become tools for economic control, and in recent years, they have become established in the business world as a mechanism for parametric analysis and forecasting based on updated data that supports decision-making processes in the financial sphere. Considering the above, this research focuses on developing a budgetary model as an area management strategy to contribute to simplifying decision-making processes and, consequently, to optimizing economic resources to strengthen the financial results of Equacproduce Innovation & Technology S.A.S.
