Resumen
This study aims to assess the stress-related health risk status of women aged 25 to 50 who live in nuclear families and work within the Public Health Plan for Collective Interventions (PSPIC) of the Southern Health Sub-network in Bogotá. Using a descriptive approach and a cross-sectional design, the study examined perceived stress levels and coping strategies among a sample of 163 participants, utilizing the Nowack Stress Profile.
