Resumen
The progressive growth of intelligent mobility systems has transformed multiple processes related to monitoring, automation, and road safety. However, most contemporary technologies designed to prevent fatigue-related accidents still operate through reactive models that identify risk only after the driver's physiological deterioration has already advanced. This reveals an important limitation within current driver assistance systems, especially in long-duration transportation contexts where reduced attention, cognitive exhaustion, and gradual perceptual decline may develop silently before becoming physically evident.
