Resumen
The present research aimed to analyze the narrative constructions of women in managerial positions, exploring how they articulate their leadership experiences with the influence of their family of origin, their romantic relationships, and experiences of social exclusion. Using a qualitative approach with a narrative design, semi-structured interviews were conducted with three women in executive roles in the city of Bogotá.
