Resumen
In this Civil Engineering project, the internship option was chosen as a requirement for obtaining the professional degree. Currently, the internship is being carried out at Civicol Proyectos S.A.S., a company specializing in structural design, vulnerability studies, structural reinforcement, and independent reviews. Among the intern's responsibilities are the gathering, compilation, and organization of technical information for projects, including the review of structural and architectural plans, calculation reports, and soil studies. Subsequently, Piracon Pineda David Leonardo / Boletín Gresia XX (xx), pp. x-x. Junio, 2026 a technical review is performed to verify the consistency between documents and detect any inconsistencies, which are then reported to the supervising engineer for correction. After completing this stage, the intern participates in structural modeling and analysis using specialized software such as ETABS, SAP2000, DCC, and DelNet, developing structural elements, loads, and design combinations in accordance with current regulations. Finally, the intern reviews the model, analyzes the results, and prepares technical reports and final reports.
