Resumen
Work-related stress is one of the main psychosocial risks affecting healthcare workers, especially in institutions with high care demands. The objective of this study was to design a psychosocial intervention proposal for stress management among healthcare workers at a healthcare institution in the city of Riohacha. The research was developed under the Logical Framework Methodology (LFM), through the creation of a work stress assessment questionnaire and a therapeutic intervention manual focused on the prevention and management of psychosocial factors.
