Resumen
Work-related stress is one of the main psychosocial risks affecting the mental health, well-being, and performance of workers, especially in the healthcare sector. This applied research project aimed to propose a strategy for managing and coping with work-related stress among the administrative staff of a low-complexity medical center located in the department of Casanare. To this end, a literature review of scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 was conducted. using the International Labour Organization (ILO) S.O.L.V.E. Maslow's hierarchy and finally Karasek's demand and control model.
