Resumen
This document details the technical support activities carried out at the Planning Secretariat of the municipality of Nobsa, aimed at strengthening municipal planning through the management of territorial and heritage information. Municipal planning in Colombia constitutes a strategic axis for sustainable development and territorial equity, articulated through instruments such as the Basic Territorial Planning Plans (PBOT), which guide territorial organization and administrative decision-making. The work focused on the integration of technical processes such as information gathering, cartographic validation, and infrastructure analysis, with the purpose of optimizing territorial management at the institutional level.
