Resumen
This document aims to address the transformation of traditional road infrastructure into new, resilient models that are highly efficient and environmentally responsible. This compilation recognizes that the primary roads of the Boyacá department are a fundamental strategic axis for social and economic development. Furthermore, it highlights the significant impacts these roads face due to the department's climate and topography, which make them vulnerable to phenomena such as landslides, floods, and extreme rainfall variability associated with climate change.
