Resumen
This paper analyzes the expansion processes Bosa locality´s based on the inclusion of flood risk management in the Land Use Plans (PUL) of Bogotá, in its long-term validity (1997-2016). This analysis is carried out through a bibliographic review of reports, guides and diagnoses of public entities in the country, validating the applicable regulations to verify compliance. Additionally, some demographic aspects of the city and the locality, land uses are identified, the main ecological structure and the functional structure and services and human settlement conflicts, showing as the main risk scenario of the town the related with issues of flooding and ponding.
