Resumen
This project presents the Export Plan for IQF frozen blueberries from the Province of Tundama (Boyacá) to international markets for the year 2026, as a comprehensive internationalization strategy aimed at strengthening the agro-industrial competitiveness of the region. The proposal is based on the sustainable transformation of the Biloxi blueberry variety, one of the most widely cultivated in Colombia due to its adaptability and suitable performance in freezing processes, in order to generate added value and promote its integration into global marketing chains.
