Resumen
In today’s context of globalization, international trade has become a fundamental tool for business growth. It is increasingly common for organizations to rely on foreign suppliers to offer competitive products in the local market. Therefore, proper management of logistics and import processes is key to ensuring efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with current regulations. This undergraduate thesis is developed under the internship modality at ASF INGENIERÍA Y SUMINISTROS S.A.S, commercially known as (LEXA), a company dedicated to the importation and commercialization of technology products such as keyboards, mice, speakers, cameras, and other electronic accessories, which are mainly sourced from China. The company bases most of its operations on foreign trade processes, making it a suitable environment to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the International Trade degree program.
