Resumen
Abbott is a company whose motivation is to improve the quality of life since 1888, which is why the company currently has different offices in different countries, one of these countries is Colombia since 1944, where several offices are established in different cities such as Bogota, Cali and Zona Franca del Pacifico (Abbott, 2019). In Bogotá is the headquarters of Laboratorios synthesis, “Planta” where some types of drugs are manufactured, such as medicines for the eyes (Lacrisyn). In this headquarters, for the period from November 2019 to November 2020 (Homez, 2019) is proposed the reduction of non-hazardous waste to avoid taking them to the sanitary landfill Doña Juana achieving the certification Zero Waste to Landfill, it is for this reason that various activities are carried out for this reduction, in addition to compliance with the circular economy.
