Resumen
This undergraduate thesis investigates the connection between housing design and the role of neuroarchitecture, focusing on moderately sized spaces. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, the architectural elements that affect residents' mental health are identified. The findings indicate that elements such as spatial arrangement, natural light, and the use of welcoming materials significantly impact emotional well-being. A flexible housing model is suggested that promotes healthy and practical spaces to enhance, through architecture, the way people live.
