Resumen
Currently, both organizational climate and workload are key factors that directly influence workers and their performance within the workplace. A positive work environment facilitates teamwork and communication among colleagues, while fostering commitment to the company's objectives. Conversely, when the work climate is poor and workloads exceed employees' capacity, an excessive burden can arise, negatively affecting their mental health, performance, and motivation.
