Resumen
This work presents the design and construction of a manual rotary system for a compound parabolic solar oven, with the aim of achieving uniform drying of agricultural products. The proposal constitutes a sustainable alternative to the use of conventional energy sources, by harnessing solar energy as a clean and renewable resource. The research was developed using a descriptive and applied experimental methodology that consisted of analyzing existing designs, defining a rotary system suited to the oven's needs, selecting appropriate materials, building the prototype, and conducting drying tests with various agricultural products.
