Resumen
Virtual social networks are spaces of interaction in adolescence that have recently appeared in the history of humanity and, therefore, the present research aims to expand the frameworks of representation of youth in school through the analysis of the way in which adolescents build relationships of otherness on these digital platforms. The research has a qualitative approach and a methodology based on virtual ethnography. At a theoretical level, the results show that digital otherness deserves to be considered as a guiding category in the design of educational policies and school coexistence programs.
