Fortalecimiento de capacidades en docentes universitarios para la identificación y abordaje de la violencia de género en la Universidad 2026-1.

Resumen

Gender-based violence is a persistent social problem that also occurs within university settings, affecting coexistence, well-being, and the guarantee of rights of the educational community. This undergraduate thesis aims to strengthen the capacities of university lecturers at Universidad Antonio Nariño for the identification and appropriate response to situations of gender-based violence within the institutional context. The study is developed using a qualitative approach, through documentary analysis and a review of scientific literature related to gender-based violence and the role of lecturers in educational contexts. Based on these inputs, a training strategy is proposed, aimed at raising awareness and providing conceptual and procedural tools to lecturers for early detection and appropriate action in potential cases. The expected results focus on strengthening the role of lecturers as agents of prevention and contributing to the construction of a safer, more equitable, and violencefree university environment.
