Resumen
The objective of this study was to carry out a financial diagnosis and analysis of Distriyamaha La Plata S.A.S. during the 2022–2024 period through the evaluation of its financial statements, financial indicators, and the Altman Z-Score model in order to assess its economic performance and identify financial risks. The research was developed under a quantitative and descriptive approach using the case study method. Financial tools such as horizontal and vertical analysis, as well as liquidity, indebtedness, profitability, and activity indicators, were applied. The results showed significant growth in the company’s assets and commercial operations; however, this growth was accompanied by a considerable increase in indebtedness and a high dependence on external financing
