Resumen
The work presented corresponds to the description of activities carried out during the internship at the Oral Center Clinic from 20/08/2024 to 8/11/2024 in Neiva, import process dental implant, for which support tasks were performed such as the development of processes, diagnosis of the current situation, flowcharts and document management related to invoice archiving; Likewise, strategies were proposed through plans that lead to processes and give due importance to the import process, defining it as the main strategic base of the organization.
