Resumen
This study primarily aims to identify a potential export market for the Huila department to which it can export jam made from yellow pitahaya (Selenicereus megalanthus). Methodologically, the research is based on a mixed descriptive analysis, supported by specialized foreign trade sources, with the objective of identifying the global demand for jamsand locating the countries with the highest import volumes in this segment.
