Resumen
The main focus of this work is to develop an internship report based on the joint work of the Neiva Chamber of Commerce, in order to analyze the execution and breakdown of activities that arise from the Department of Competitiveness and Business Development. In this sense, the skills acquired at the level of administrative and logistic management around the trade of goods and services from activities exposed to the public are exposed. The development of fairs such as ExpoHuila, Vitality Sembrando Vida, Game Festival and the Show del Recuerdo, also allowed the optimization of work time; functions such as telemarketing and field study of the betsmade, allowed a more grounded vision of the results that could be expected.
