Resumen
Zona Franca Surcolombiana S.A.S, is the Operator User of the Surcolombiana Free trade zone, a delimited area within the national customs territory, which has a special regime, provides incentives and tax benefits to those who operate in it. The South Colombian Free Trade Zone acts as a crucial mechanism to promote job creation and attract new capital investments by offering tax and customs incentives. It works as a development center that promotes competitiveness in the regions where it operates, while promoting efficient and competitive industrial processes.
