Resumen
This project aims to develop a business plan to establish the viability of creating a company dedicated to the commercialization of frozen guava pulp in Tunja, Boyacá, which takes advantage of the agricultural potential of the department, specifically this exotic fruit with high nutritional value, by transforming it into frozen pulp. To achieve this goal, a diagnosis was carried out in neighborhood stores, analyzing demand, competition, and positioning opportunities in the city.
