Resumen
This research aims to analyze the factors associated with the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the COOMOTOR Business Group in the city of Neiva, identifying the actions implemented, their impact, and the barriers that hinder their consolidation as an organizational strategy. The study was developed using a mixed methodological approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques through surveys and interviews conducted with employees, managers, users, and community members.
