Resumen
This research was conducted to analyze the factors influencing the organizational climate at MASSEQ company in the city of Neiva, Huila, through a methodological structure aimed at ensuring the validity and reliability of the obtained results. The study was based on a mixedmethods approach, integrating quantitative and qualitative techniques to achieve a broader understanding of the organizational phenomenon by combining objective variable measurement with the interpretation of employees’ perceptions and experiences.
