Resumen
This internship report describes the design of an improvement proposal for the labor welfare and development process at Acerías Paz del Río. The core problem focused on the deficiency of a technical monitoring system, which led to reactive management and information scattering. Methodologically, the project integrated a bibliometric analysis to identify global trends, a root-cause diagnosis using the Ishikawa diagram, and the structuring of the indicator technical sheets (KPIs) corresponding to the area's programs. The main result was the development of a control panel (Dashboard) under a logical data model that centralizes information and reduces reporting times. It is concluded that the proposed standardization and data architecture provide the organization with a strategic tool for evidence-based decisionmaking, optimizing the impact of welfare programs on human talent.
