Resumen
This study came up with a way to improve the physical layout of the Miomed clinical lab inside the Medilaser Clinic in Tunja. To do that, the researchers followed a step-by-step method called Systematic Layout Planning, which helped them spot several serious problems: staff were wasting a lot of time walking around nearly 295 minutes a day patients were waiting up to 35 minutes in the reception area, the indoor temperature reached 28 degrees Celsius, and on top of that, the lab wasn’t meeting certain requirements set by health and quality standards.
