Resumen
The objective of this study was to understand perceptions regarding the factors that influence the initiation and continuation of psychoactive substance use among young adults in the city of Bucaramanga. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was used to conduct the study, allowing for an understanding of the experiences and meanings that participants attributed to their relationship with substances based on their own lived experiences.
